Cogent Provides Automation and Controls for State-of-the-Art Wood Pellet Shipping Terminal in BC
Cogent has successfully designed and deployed totally integrated automation and controls for Pinnacle Renewable Energy’s new $42 million wood pellet receiving, storage and shipping facility in Prince Rupert, BC. Cogent also provided commissioning support and operator training to help Pinnacle quickly transition into operation and achieve their goal of shipping at 1,500 to 2,000 tonnes per hour.

Cogent Delivers Electrical Design for new Terminal at Richardson North Vancouver
The North Vancouver terminal is one of the most successful grain bulk material handling facilities in the world. The Cogent team worked closely with Richardson’s Project team and their local terminal in North Vancouver to deliver a complete electrical design for their terminal expansion project. Designs included new electrical equipment for main power, motor control systems and networking (wired and wireless).
