Richmond, British Columbia - January 21st, 2010

RWE Innogy, a German-based Company, and BMC of Sweden announced yesterday the construction of a $150 million dollar pellet plant in Ware County, Georgia.  The plant will be built on a 300-acre site with abundant forest resources and access to Georgia's deepwater ports.  With a capacity of 750,000 metric tons per year, the Georgia BioMass pellet plant will be the largest in the world.

BMC is committed to build and operate a modern and agile facility that is fully optimized and able to successfully compete in the 21st century.  Cogent Industrial Technologies Ltd. has been working closely with BMC for the past few months to define and design process control, IT and automation systems for the Georgia BioMass pellet plant.
