Manager - Business Development
The candidate will have 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years of sales experience.  The candidate will also have strong technical knowledge of Automation and Industrial IT.  The Manager of Business Development will work directly with Cogent’s senior management team to build on existing client relationships and develop new business in current and targeted industries.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.


Senior / Intermediate Industrial IT Developer 
The candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field and knowledge of Microsoft's .NET framework with Visual Studio.  The candidate must command 3+ years of Industrial IT experience in development and maintenance of customized SharePoint templates, style sheets and interfaces including workflow and content management along with designing and implementing .NET solutions in a production environment.  Additionally, the candidate must have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming techniques with experience with the following: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, C#, .NET & ASP.NET

SharePoint Developer
Cogent needs an energetic senior or intermediate developer to develop industrial information system applications.  The candidates must have formal training in computer programming and software development, and must be experienced with SharePoint, ASP.net, VB.net or C#.net.  Experience with MS SQL Server or other major relational database management system, industrial process information systems would be an asset.

Intermediate / Junior Control System Engineer

The candidates will have 3+ years of control system experience with strong PLC / HMI and communication knowledge of PLC5 / Control Logix, Wonderware and RSView systems. The candidate will have the ability to see the project through from the preliminary design to commissioning and start-up support.

Senior / Intermediate Electrical Power Engineer
The candidates will have 8+ years of industrial experience, assuming the technical lead for projects including design of medium and low voltage power distribution system, motor control, underground and cable tray layouts, grounding and lighting system. 

Senior / Intermediate Controls Engineer
The candidates will have 7+ years of control system experience with strong PLC / HMI and communication knowledge of Siemens S7, WinCC and Servo Systems.  Experience with Rockwell, RSView32 and Wonderware with VBA or similar scripting language is required along with solid plant network architecture design and configuration of database systems.
