Cogent Establishes its Alberta Office in the Heart of Downtown Edmonton

Richmond, British Columbia – January 2, 2007

Cogent Industrial Technologies Ltd. (Cogent) has announced that it has opened a new office in Alberta, continuing an expansion that the high technology company has seen recently.   Cogent’s first Alberta office is located in the heart of Edmonton’s financial core, at the Executive Centre within the Manulife Place, Edmonton’s most recognized business address. The Executive Centre currently holds the offices of Nokia, Cisco Systems and Microsoft.  

Cogent opened the office to support its growing customer base in the Alberta region.  As Cogent’s business grows, we will look for different areas for offices. 

The strategic location of this office, as well as the addition of the key personnel with over 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas technology sector, allows us to better serve our extensive client base. 

This new office will give Cogent access to the exciting and booming Alberta based industries.  We look forward to what our team’s knowledge and expertise can offer our customers in the Oil and Gas industry. 

The Edmonton office has been established to serve the growing market for our solutions and services, especially within Performance Consulting and Project Services.  Establishment of our Edmonton office is in line with our strategic focus on the Oil and Gas industry in Alberta, and supports our ambition of growth within this market.
